Darkside Black+ Membership Terms & Conditions

  • Open to individuals aged 18 years and over.

  • Black+ memberships are valid for one vehicle only.

    All member benefits, pricing and discounts apply exclusively to the nominated vehicle listed on the membership.

  • Members receive benefits as outlined in the Darkside Black+ membership package.

    Benefits may be updated at Darkside’s discretion; members will be notified of significant changes.

  • Darkside Black+ is a weekly or monthly membership with no lock-in contract. You can cancel anytime via our secure online portal, with access remaining until the end of your billing period.

    The total monthly fee must be paid in full for the month in which a detailing service is scheduled.

    Each weekly debit contributes toward the monthly total.

    Cancellations must be requested before the start of the monthly cycle.

  • The first detailing session for new members is charged at the standard full price. Membership benefits, including discounted rates and recurring services, apply from the second service onward.

  • Appointments, experiences, or services require prior booking and are subject to availability.

    Members must comply with any service-specific terms.

    Monthly membership benefits do not roll over or accumulate. If services are not used within the billing month, they are forfeited.

  • Membership fees are collected via Stripe.

    Valid payment details must be maintained at all times. Missed or failed payments may incur default fees and lead to suspension or cancellation

    Changes to fees will be communicated in advance.

    Payments are non-refundable once a detailing service has been scheduled or completed.

    Partial refunds will not be issued for unused portions of the monthly cycle.

  • All vehicles must be in safe and in roadworthy condition. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or mechanical issues. Any modifications or issues must be disclosed prior to service.

  • Our services and content are for personal, non-commercial use only, Any misuse, copying, or redistribution without permission is prohibited.

  • Darkside Detailing reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions with notice to members.

    By enrolling in Black+, members agree to these Terms & Conditions and the automatic debit process.

  • Darkside Detailing is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the use of services or experiences, except as required by law.

  • Personal information collected for membership purposes will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Darkside Detailing’s privacy policy.

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
