Darkside Black+ Membership

Terms & Conditions

  • Open to individuals aged 18 years and over.

    Each membership card is personalised with the member’s name and is non-transferable.

  • Membership fees are collected via DebitSuccess.

    Valid payment details must be maintained at all times. Missed or failed payments will incur default fees and lead to suspension or cancellation

    Changes to fees will be communicated in advance.

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

  • Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.

    Membership automatically renews via DebitSuccess at the end of each 12-month term until cancelled.

    Members may cancel at any time with written notice; fees already paid are non-refundable.

  • The membership card remains the property of Darkside Detailing.

    Cards are personalised and must only be used by the registered member.

    Replacement cards may incur a fee.

  • Members receive benefits as outlined in the Darkside Black+ membership package.

    Benefits may be updated at Darkside’s discretion; members will be notified of significant changes.

  • Darkside Detailing is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the use of services or experiences, except as required by law.

  • Appointments, experiences, or services require prior booking and are subject to availability.

    Members must comply with any service-specific terms.

    Monthly membership benefits do not roll over or accumulate. If services are not used within the billing month, they are forfeited.

  • Personal information collected for membership purposes will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Darkside Detailing’s privacy policy.
