1. General

By securing a booking with Darkside GT Experience, the Client acknowledges and accepts the following Terms & Conditions. Our service is designed to deliver a refined, safe, and memorable experience.

2. Vehicle Use

• The Mustang GT is provided chauffeur-driven only — no self-driving is permitted.

• Vehicle use includes luxury transport, display, and photography at approved locations.

• The chauffeur maintains full authority over all driving decisions and safety considerations.

3. Bookings & Payments

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.

• Remaining balance must be settled 48 hours prior to the event.

• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

• Any itinerary changes may adjust the final cost.

4. Client Etiquette & Conduct

• Respectful and responsible behaviour is expected from all passengers.

• No food, coloured drinks, alcohol, smoking, or vaping is permitted inside the vehicle.

• Passengers must follow all instructions given by the chauffeur for safety and care of the vehicle.

• Children under 7 must be secured in an approved child seat (supply by Client unless arranged).

5. Care, Damage & Detailing

• Any interior or exterior damage caused by the Client or their party may result in repair or cleaning charges.

• Additional detailing fees may apply for excess dirt (e.g., mud, makeup, glitter, confetti, spills).

• The chauffeur may decline entry to anyone intoxicated or posing a risk to the vehicle.

6. Schedule, Delays & Extensions

• Hire covers the times confirmed in the booking agreement.

• Extensions may be available on the day at the chauffeur’s discretion and may incur additional charges.

• Client-caused delays may still conclude at the originally scheduled finish time.

7. Weather Considerations

• The service operates in most weather conditions; however, safety always takes priority.

• Weather may limit certain photo or scenic opportunities at the chauffeur’s discretion.

• Weather-related cancellations initiated by Darkside may be eligible for credit or partial refund.

8. Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations within 7 days of the event may incur full booking charges.

• If Darkside must cancel due to mechanical or operational issues, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

9. Photography & Media

• Photos with and around the vehicle are welcome, providing safety and vehicle care are maintained.

• Promotional photos taken by Darkside during the event will only be used with the Client’s consent.

10. Liability

• Darkside GT Experience upholds the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

• We are not liable for delays or disruptions beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.

• The Client accepts responsibility for all individuals included in their booking.

11. Acceptance

By paying the deposit and finalising your booking, you confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and understand the premium care required when travelling with the Darkside GT Experience.

The Mustang GT is available for weddings, school balls, VIP arrivals, photoshoots, corporate events, anniversaries, and special occasions.

All bookings are chauffeur-driven only for safety, professionalism, and presentation.

The GT has a deep V8 tone, but it is suitable for weddings, formal events, and photo sessions.

The Mustang GT has multiple exhaust settings, including Quiet, Normal, Sport, and Track. Each mode changes how loud and aggressive the exhaust sounds.

Most couples prefer Quiet Mode or Normal Mode when arriving, then switch to Sport for photos or videos if they want that V8 rumble.

The Mustang GT is maintained to a clean, premium standard for comfort and reliability, with select enhancements that set it apart.
