Crafted for premium events, weddings, scenic touring, and unforgettable moments.

GENERAL

  • By securing a booking with Darkside GT Experience, the Client acknowledges and accepts the following Terms & Conditions.

    Our service is designed to deliver a refined, safe, and memorable chauffeur-driven experience in the Ford Mustang GT, curated by Darkside Detailing.

    These terms apply to all experiences including:

    • Arrival Experiences

    • Signature Wedding Collection (Elegance Collection & Prestige Collection)

    • Scenic Touring Experiences

      • Manawatū Scenic Experience

      • Grand Touring Coastal Experience

      • Grand Touring Alpine Experience

BOOKING & PAYMENTS

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.

    The remaining balance must be settled 48 hours prior to the scheduled experience.

    Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

    Any itinerary changes may affect the final cost of the experience.

VEHICLE USE

  • The Ford Mustang GT is provided chauffeur-driven only — self-driving is not permitted.

    Vehicle use includes:

    • Luxury transport

    • Arrival experiences

    • Wedding transport

    • Scenic touring

    • Photography opportunities at approved locations

    The chauffeur maintains full authority over:

    • Driving decisions

    • Route adjustments

    • Safety considerations

CLIENT ETIQUETTE & CONDUCT

  • Darkside GT Experience maintains a premium environment for all guests.

    Respectful and responsible behaviour is expected at all times.

    The following are not permitted inside the vehicle:

    • Food

    • Coloured drinks

    • Alcohol

    • Smoking or vaping

    Passengers must follow all instructions given by the chauffeur to ensure safety and vehicle care.

    Children under 7 years old must be secured in an approved child seat (supplied by the Client unless arranged in advance).

    The chauffeur reserves the right to decline entry to anyone intoxicated or posing a risk to the vehicle.

SCHEDULE, DELAYS & EXTENSIONS

  • Hire covers the times confirmed in the booking agreement.

    Extensions may be available on the day at the chauffeur’s discretion and may incur additional charges.

    Delays caused by the Client may reduce the available experience time and may still conclude at the originally scheduled finish time.

CARE, DAMAGE & DETAILING

  • The Mustang GT is presented to a showroom-level standard for each experience.

    Any interior or exterior damage caused by the Client or their party may result in repair or cleaning charges.

    Additional detailing fees may apply for excessive dirt or contamination, including:

    • Mud

    • Makeup transfer

    • Glitter

    • Confetti

    • Liquid spills

WEATHER CONSIDERATION

  • Services operate in most weather conditions; however, safety always takes priority.

    Weather conditions may limit scenic stops or photography opportunities.

    If Darkside GT Experience must cancel due to unsafe weather or operational concerns, Clients may be offered:

    • A rescheduled booking

    • A credit toward a future experience

    • A partial or full refund where appropriate

CANCELLATIONS

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

    Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled experience may incur full booking charges.

    If Darkside GT Experience must cancel due to mechanical or operational issues, a reschedule or full refund will be offered.

SCENIC TOURING ROUTES

  • Scenic touring experiences are curated to showcase the beauty of the region and may include:

    • Manawatū Scenic Experience

    • Grand Touring Coastal Experience

    • Grand Touring Alpine Experience

    Routes may be adjusted due to:

    • Weather conditions

    • Road conditions

    • Safety considerations

    • Traffic or unforeseen circumstances

    Darkside GT Experience reserves the right to modify routes where necessary to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

  • Photos with and around the vehicle are welcome, provided safety and vehicle care are maintained.

    Promotional photos taken by Darkside during the experience will only be used with the Client’s consent.

    Clients are encouraged to share their experiences on social media.

LIABILITY

  • Darkside GT Experience upholds the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

    We are not liable for delays or disruptions beyond our control including:

    • Traffic conditions

    • Weather

    • Road closures

    • Unforeseen events

    The Client accepts responsibility for all individuals included in their booking.

EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATES

  • Certificates issued for Darkside GT Experiences commemorate the experience and may include details such as:

    • Scenic route

    • Experience number

    • Date of experience

    Certificates are keepsakes and do not constitute transferable vouchers unless otherwise specified.

ACCEPTANCE

  • By paying the deposit and confirming a booking, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and acknowledges the premium care required when travelling with Darkside GT Experience.
